Our chefs reel in freshly caught fish to tempt all tastes. Hook a starter of grilled WA Scallops, ginger, soy and shallots, or battered WA Jumbo Prawns; before signature mains of Barramundi Wings; Crispy whole Reef Fish, or grilled WA freshwater Marron.
Asian fusion specialties complement the rich heritage and climate of Broome, including Traditional Kingfish Sashimi, our Famous Kimberley Chilli Mud Crab and refreshing Asian Style Calamari Salad
